Fieldbase is a rescheduling tool, not just a scheduling tool. Every morning the dispatch board proposes the day from what the company did last time (same crews, same trucks, same jobs still running), the dispatcher corrects it, and one Publish sends every crew member their crew, their truck, and their first stop. When a crew member calls out, the board shows who is free, who is qualified, and who is closest, and moving them is one drag.

Fieldbase is not a CRM. It does not do estimates, invoices, or marketing. It does the morning and stays out of the rest.
