Fieldbase SMS Terms

Program Description
Fieldbase provides SMS messaging services for workforce communication. When you create a Fieldbase account and consent to receive text messages, you may receive messages about:
- Work assignments
- Schedule changes
- Shift reminders
- Team communications
Messages are sent by your employer through the Fieldbase platform.
Consent
You must explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages from Fieldbase. Consent is collected during account registration at https://fieldbasehq.com/join where you must:
- Enter your phone number
- Check an unchecked checkbox agreeing to the following:
"By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Fieldbase about work assignments, schedule changes, and team communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."
- Verify your phone number via a one-time SMS code
No messages are sent until you complete this opt-in process.

Opt-Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.
